Breakfast
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbs. sugar
nutmeg
splash vanilla
pinch salt
3 Tbs. butter
1. Blend milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and salt until smooth. Let sit 10-20 minutes.
2. Heat oven to 425F. Put cast iron skillet inthe oven
3. Put butter in the pan, let melt.
4. Once butter is melted, swirl around the pan and immediately add batter. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
5. Decrease temp to 300F and bake for 5 more minutes.
To adjust for induction oven, bake at 410F instead of 425F.
